Former Employee - Program Supply Chain Manager says"No trust organization with a very poor "leadership team" that are driving poor results. It is difficult for the French leaders to listen and to collaborate with the American employees that are hired to help make the organization better. If you are willing to be cursed at, yelled at, and to constantly be told what to do this is the place for you. In three years the Hornell team hired and let ago of hundreds of employees. It was such a shame to see the lack of respect for their employees and to see so many great people leave. If you are looking for a great job hold off and wait for something else to come along."
Former Employee - Technician says"Stressful. Treated as an object. Company will take every chance available to take benefits away. HR has no problem lying to you about benefits"
Former Employee - AR Team Member says"Corrupt managing practices, promotions not based of merit and instead based on outside of work activities"
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says"Poor salary, management is not trustworthy, they use the golden group of 6 (friends are hired - not friends are fired or let go). You are expected to know the entire company so you hey can put you in a spot. Discriminate."
Former Employee - Applications Engineer says"Politics, this company has immense politics. Testing team in Rochester is one example, these kind of people do not value education or experience, if the team is ready to butter them up they will be in the team. Ever after more than 3 years with this company, they weren't willing to give me a fresher position or even willing to call me for an interview. If you looking for a place where your need good leaders, this is a worst place to go."
Current Employee - Software Engineer says"the level of bullying and harassment is difficult to get around and get your work done. At no level of management in the Melbourne Florida plant is there anyone who will take the harassment or bullying realistically. At each level they laugh at the idea that your manager could be targeting you as a scapegoat/harassed person. Unfortunately if you are a go-getter and like to help people with their work issues, DON'T WORK HERE!!!"

General Mechanic 2 (Former Employee) says"There is no moral. Everyone that I worked with hates the place and treatment. There union doesn't seem to have a back bone. They don't care for the workers. They treat you as a modern slave almost. too many childish rules for the worker, then for the office workers. Management looks down at the workers. HR is horrible don't trust the head Guy in there. Can't pay there bills and vendors on a timely mater. So your always waiting for parts cause they won't bring them until they get paid. Then they complain when you are not getting things done. Then make you work overtime with no parts to get the job done Really? Who dose that? Or theirs a big rush on something that needs done ASAP and you get done and it sits there for over a week or 2 or 3. Who's Running this place? a Child? Just Feels like there something shady is going on with the upper management and with the money. Like spend $100,000. on equipment but complain if you need or missing parts. It takes weeks to get while you could of gone to the store in town to get in minutes. Organized Far from it. There is a lot of office workers and the place still runs unorganized. You got multiple people from different countries and speck different languages which is great and awesome, but theirs seems a lack of communication going on the line. Some engineers have the worker figure out how to put something together and then draw plains on how the worker put it together and take the credit. Isn't that their job, and why they are getting the big bucks. Instead riding a workers coat tails that's getting $13-16 a hour. Or better yet building"
